Erik A. S. Frydendal
Erik A.S. Frydendal has served as Hunter Group’s CEO since May 2018
Mr. Frydendal has more than two decades of capital markets experience. Prior to joining Hunter Group Mr. Frydendal was a partner in Fearnley Securities, as well as having held prominent positions at Swedbank/First Securities, Fondsfinans ASA and Christiania Markets in Oslo, as well as Paine Webber Inc in San Fransisco.
Mr. Frydendal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) From Heriot Watt University and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Finance from the University of Utah
CFO
Lars M. Brynildsrud
Lars M. Brynildsrud has served as Hunter Group’s CFO since August 2019.
Mr. Brynildsrud has extensive investment banking experience focusing primarily on shipping and offshore related transactions. Prior to joining Hunter Group Mr. Brynildsrud was VP Corporate Finance in Swedbank, as well as a partner in Pareto Securities.
Mr. Brynildsrud holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from BI Norwegian Business School (BI).
COO
Sujoy K. Seal
Sujoy Seal has served as Hunter Group’s COO since May 2018.
Mr. Seal brings over three decades of expertise from the shipping and maritime industry, specializing in new building, technical and commercial operations. Furthermore, he has actively participated in more than 60 new building projects and has held senior positions with Aurora LPG, Altantic Tankers AS, Aurora Wilhelmsen Management Ltd. Transpetrol TM and the BW Group, in addition to having substantial maritime experience as a Chief Engineer.
Sujoy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Marine Engineering with First-Class honors from Indian Maritime University, India, along with all relevant STCW certificates. Additionally, he has obtained a certificate of Proficiency as an Assessor issued by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate.
