Chief Executive Officer

Erik M. Mathiesen

Erik is serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer, having been mandated by the Board to develop and execute a strategic plan to transform the Company into a sustainable long-term business as its existing charter contracts approach expiry.

He brings more than 30 years of experience across the energy and transport sectors, with a strong track record in executing mergers and acquisitions, managing funds, and leading companies through periods of growth and restructuring. He is Chairman and Founder of Aqualung Carbon Capture and currently serves as Chairman of Storm Capital Management.

Erik holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
