Chairman

He has more than 30 years of experience across financial markets, asset management, and entrepreneurship, with a long record of investing through cycles in shipping, real estate, and Nordic credit. He currently chairs the boards of several other Nordic and international companies and is one of Hunter Group’s largest shareholders through Surfside Holding AS.


Board member

She has more than 25 years of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and corporate and governance matters, and has held several board positions in listed Nordic companies. She is Chief Legal and People Officer at Xplora Technologies and currently serves on the boards of Saga Pure ASA, Doro AB and Arribatec Solutions ASA. Earlier in her career, she co-founded several companies in the media industry and served as CEO. She also practiced as a lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Selmer DA, advising on corporate and transactional matters.


Board member

He has nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of shipping, capital markets, and institutional investment. As Principal of the Steen Family Office since 2017, he leads long-term capital allocation on behalf of the Bertel O. Steen group, which is one of Hunter Group’s largest shareholders through B.O. Steen Shipping AS. Earlier, he was Partner and Director of Equity and Credit Sales at Clarksons Platou Securities AS, advising leading UK and U.S. institutional investors across shipping, energy, and natural resources. He also serves on the board of Aprila Bank ASA.


Board member

Anders serves as a Member of the Board, bringing shipbroking and maritime markets expertise, independent investment experience, and significant shareholder alignment to Hunter Group.

He is Owner of Solaris AS, an independent investment company and one of the largest shareholders of Hunter Group ASA. He is also a Partner at Oslo Shipbrokers AS, specialized in Sale and Purchase, Newbuildings, Finance and Projects.

Anders holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and a double MBA from the City University of Hong Kong and the University of Newcastle.

She is a dually qualified Norwegian Advokat and English Solicitor with extensive experience from both private practice and in-house roles.

She has significant international experience across maritime and shipping law, oil services, renewable energy and technology-driven industries, including cross-border transactions, international commercial matters, litigation and dispute resolution, financing and M&A.
