- February 2024: Bertel Otto Bryde Steen elected as a board member, replacing CFO Lars Brynildsrud.
- January 2024: Signed a three-year back-to-back TC for an Eco design, scrubber-fitted VLCC (Eagle Victoria) at a charter rate of USD 51,000 per day and immediately chartered the vessel back out. Successfully completed a private placement, raising NOK 124,000,000.
- December 2023: Successfully completed a private placement, raising NOK 21,500,000.
- November 2023: Signed a three-year back-to-back TC for an Eco design, scrubber-fitted VLCC (DHT Puma) at a charter rate of USD 52,500 per day and immediately chartered the vessel back out. Phase one of the CCTS solution was successfully completed.
